Chloe-Lee Frazer Director & Choreographer
Chloe-Lee has been performing since the age of 8 after joining The Valle Academy of Performing Arts where she has performed in various dance shows, musicals and professional pantomimes (with Paul Holman Associates). The list is endless but to name a few were ‘We Will Rock You’, ‘Bugsy Malone’, ‘Les Miserables’ and ‘Back to the Eighties’.

She studied dance throughout school and then went onto college and qualified with a Distinction BTEC National Diploma in Dance. She has performed and danced with various companies including Mayhem Theatre Arts (The Addams Family) and Impress Theatre Arts. She has choreographed and danced in ‘Hairspray’, ‘Hot Mikado’ and ‘Aladdin’ for East Herts Operatic Society (EHOS) and Cheshunt Dramatic Society. Most recently was being choreographer for EHOS’ production of ‘American Idiot’ at the Spotlight Theatre late last year. She has been Dance Captain and Troupe Leader for too many performances to mention.

Hailey Budd Director & Musical Director
Hailey’s first show with BSA Performing Arts was ‘High School Musical’ and she loved it so much she's back for more! Prior to working with BSA Performing Arts, Hailey used to run her own Youth Theatre Group for 8 years and was involved in all aspects of Direction, Production, Choreography and Musical Direction. She has directed numerous adult shows including Jesus Christ Superstar, Hairspray, Made in Dagenham and Footloose to name a few. Hailey has also worked as an Agent, securing many West End roles for performers in shows such as Book of Mormon, Hamilton, Blood Brothers and countless others – her claim to fame is that she used to represent Nicola Coughlan who is currently the lead in the acclaimed TV series Bridgerton!

Hailey's real passion is working with children and influencing young lives, alongside her commitments to BSA
Performing Arts she is currently teaching LAMDA at both Musical Theatre and Acting levels and teaches Musical Theatre with Mayhem Theatre Arts.

Mark Fitzgerald Production Director
Mark was performing on stage from a young age in productions such as Half a Sixpence, Me and My Girl, Oliver and Wizard of Oz. He delighted the Royal Family in the Royalty Theatre in London as a champion tap dancer.

Since retiring from performing, Mark moved backstage to Production Management and Stage Management, and has been the linchpin of the company for a number of years, bringing the stage to life with rain, life-size cars and pyrotechnics and ignoring the old adage of never working with child or animals!

Mark has infinite patience and has enjoyed seeing cast members move from the company to professional theatre.

Keith Willis Musical Director
Working as a freelance musician, Keith has recently started plying his trade in musical theatre; acting as Musical Director, rehearsal pianist and pit musician for a wide number of productions – most recently as MD for Hertford Dramatic & Operatic Society’s production of “Made in Dagenham” and playing in the pit for BSMTC’s “Sister Act” last year.

Having studied Classical Trumpet at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, he now holds a residency at the Simon Balle Music Centre in Hertford, whilst still working as a regularly performing musician. He has prior history with “Legally Blonde” having been in the orchestra for HD&OS’s 2016 production, however he has relished the opportunity to tackle this show as Musical Director with this vibrant, energetic and talented company.

Danielle Barton Commercial Dance
Danielle started dancing at the age of 3. She then furthered her training at Harlow College and then completed a Diploma in Musical Theatre & Dance Performance at The Centre PAC.

Since graduating in 2014 she has had the privilege of working as a Dancer/Model for the Ski & Snowbard Fashion Show, Dancer for Jason Derulo on The X Factor Semi Finals, Dancer/Singer for P&O Ferries, Dancer/Ensemble in Peter Pan 2016 for Evolution Productions, Dancer/Choreographer for Jasmin Walia’s new music video “Bom Diggy”, Dancer for Camila Cabello on MTV EMA’s 2017 & Dancer on The X Factor Finale 2017, Jingle Bell Ball 2018 and Top of the Pops Christmas special 2018 for Jax Jones.

Danielle has open regular slots at Pineapple Dance Studios, BASE studios and teaches for a company called At Your Beat. She also teaches at Harlow College.

Farrah Field Dance Teacher
We welcome to BSA Performing Arts Miss Farrah who is head of Ballet, Jazz/Lyrical Dance Classes. Farrah has danced since the age of 3 and has studied at both Harlow College and Italia Conti.

Miss Farrah's passion for dancing has taken her on tour in Barcelona and also in B.A.T.D. ballet scholarships.

With her young and enthusiastic energy Miss Farrah brings superb skills to the team.

Liz Nash Creative Team Assistant
Liz has loved performing, singing and dancing since she was little. At the age of 10 Liz started training in the styles of ballet, tap and modern at the Graham School Of Dance, which is where her passion for dance was found.

At the age of 11 Liz was cast a a “Snow Child” in BSMTC’s musical hit Carousel at Rhodes Theatre and so her love and membership of BSMTC began. From there Liz joined BSMTC Youth and has appeared in Grease, Wizard Of Oz, Thoroughly Modern Millie, High School Musical and Legally Blonde playing her first lead role. In March 2019 Liz performed with BSMTC Youth in their production of Hairspray.

Continuing her passion of dance as a student at the House Of Shades Dance developing styles of ballet, tap, modern, contemporary and her favourite style commercial.

Liz is currently at Harlow College undertaking a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing & Production Arts. During her spare time attends Pineapple and BASE Studios.

Maisie Humphries Theatre Coach
Having just graduated with a First Class BA Hons degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre from the internationally renowned Urdang Academy, Maisie is thrilled to be joining the company as their Musical Theatre Coach – having grown up in Bishops Stortford it will be a pleasure for her to work with students to help and inspire them reach their potential.

Her most recent role, Belle, in Bishops Stortford’s very own pantomime Beauty and the Beast 2018/2019 was a joy for Maisie to play as she hopes to inspire young audiences with her performance. It was a delight for her to be able to return to the stage that first sparked her ambition to become a professional performer.

Other 2017/18 musical theatre credits include Grace Poole / Dance Captain in Jane Eyre and Beryl / Voice Captain in Made in Dagenham; featured vocalist in the 2017 and 2018 Showcases (all Urdang); dancer for rapper/singer Will.i.am and dancer/backing vocalist on The Voice Kids UK Final (ITV).

Marie-Louise Delu Consultant Choreographer
Marie-Louise has trained in dancing from the age of two. When she was 17 she won a scholarship to attended Tiffany Theatre College, which she trained in Musical Theatre and graduated with a 3 year Diploma. From graduating in 2012 Marie-Louise went on to work for Disney Land Paris as a Character Performer and Parade Dancer, danced for the FA Cup Final half time show at Wembley Stadium and Women’s Championship Final.

Marie-Louise performed on the One Show (BBC) which was choreographed by Arlene Phillips. Among other TV performances, dancing and singing contracts, Marie-Louise also work for Warner Leisure Hotels for 2 years as a Dancer/Singer, where she was made Dance Captain for the team.

Marie-Louise now works as a Wedding Planner but still has love and passion for Dancing and Musical Theatre.

Siannen Saucede Production Make-Up Artis
Having trained at top make up academy Greasepaint by Christine Vidler, Shaunna Harrison and Liz Tag, Siannen regularly works for Miami Pro, Top Model UK and creates many beautiful brides. She has also recently worked on a top Bollywood movie.

Siannen has enjoyed working with the company over a number of years. She is available for photoshoots, bridal, special occasions and theatre and can adapt her skill set to makeup of any kind.

William Nash – Company Director

Our Director Will’s assists the team with the day to running of the Company providing support and marketing. Having recently obtained a Distinction* in Business and two A’s in Finance.

Will’s is looking forward to working with the team to provide the highest opportunity possible to our members in taking part in professionally staged productions.

With an energetic and enthusiastic approach Will’s is looking to develop the Company to being the best opportunity for our members to take their first steps onto the stage.

Debbie Snook – Marketing & Data Protection Officer

As the owner of marketing & web agency Think Creativ, Debbie Snook CMI  bring years of marketing experience to the Company.  In her capacity as our Data Protection Officer she ensures all the personal data collected from our members is stored securely.

Debbie has undertaken the marketing for the company. Looking after the websites, social media, producing the programmes and marketing collateral .
